VERITAS aims to develop, validate and assess tools for built-in accessibility support at all stages of ICT and non-ICT product development, including specification, design, development and testing.

MyUI will foster the mainstreaming of accessible and highly individualized ICT products – a major issue for e-Inclusion.

The VICON vision is to create and foster a Virtual User Concept for supporting the development process of user interfaces of consumer products and their user interfaces.

The European VUMS Cluster is a joint initiative of the European Commission and the research projects VERITAS, GUIDE, VICON and MyUI. The objective of the cluster is to align user development research in the projects and to foster common standardisation activities.

VAALID project aims at creating new tools and methods that facilitate and streamline the process of creation, design, construction and deployment of technological solutions in the context of Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) assuring that they are accessible and usable for senior citizens.
